Intercard has completed the installation of its system at laser tag and arcade centre Laser Flash in Indiana, US.

Intercard

This is the facility’s first cashless system, replacing the ticket and token system it previously used since opening 12 years ago.  Intercard’s technology means a single POS system is required for laser tag, arcade games and food.

“The Intercard system allows prize points to be used to play more games, which wasn’t an option with our old system,” said Laser Flash owner Peter Murphy. “Plus, customers no longer have to carry around armloads of tickets, or wait for jackpots to be paid out, saving them valuable time.”

Shaffer Distributing recommended the Intercard system to Murphy and helped install it. In addition, Shaffer replaced 17 of the arcade’s 39 games with new ones.
