Dubai retail and leisure group Majid Al Futtaim is planning to increase the number of its Magic Planet children’s entertainment centres in the UAE, with a focus on developing new sites in Dubai.
“We are expanding in the UAE. We have a couple of malls and we are looking to bring more Magic Planets to Abu Dhabi and Qatar,” said MAF’s Omar El Banna.
He continued: “And we are adding attractions such as iFly to Magic Planet to attract more tourists,” adding that the company hopes to install play centres in Dubai malls that it does not operate.
MAF currently operates 17 Magic Planet venues in the Gulf region.
