Debit card system specialist Embed has helped a UK holiday park that features two arcades to make the move to cashless operations.
The Embed Cashless System has been installed at Lady’s Mile Holiday Park in Dawlish, Devon, in partnership with Brent Electronics.
The family-run park, which opened in 1957, boasts a range of indoor and outdoor facilities. In addition to the arcades, it offers a bar, restaurant and fish and chip shop, all now managed and operated with the Embed system. The system also manages the park’s redemption display.
Jason Jeffrey, one of the owners of Lady’s Mile, said he was looking forward to what the park will be able to do with system.
“We are delighted to be working with Lady’s Mile Holiday Park,” said Steven Wooley, sales executive for Embed UK and Europe. “This is an amazing project and facility and Jason and his team run a first-class operation. Jason and I have developed a professional relationship over the past few years and it’s great that we have been able to show what Embed can offer to his business.”
The installation includes Embed’s Color-Glo HD Swipers, which feature a full-colour display, enhanced Color-Glo style effects and full wireless-at-the-game network connectivity. Embed is also managing all stock and inventory for the bar and restaurant as well as the redemption and merchandise, with its Embed POS and Red Pro the main systems used to create a single payment option across the park for the guest.
