Talarius has rolled out a new electronic system across its UK venues, which will help to increase operational efficiency of the business and reduce machine downtime.

The system creates a live database which acts as a central hub for engineers and venue managers. Through real-time updates, engineers are immediately informed of any machine faults logged by venue managers. As a result, machine downtime is significantly reduced and the management team are provided with a central overview of developments in each venue.

Peter Harvey, chief executive of Talarius, said: “We are delighted to be launching this new system, which will improve the efficiency of our operations.

“Our research has continually shown that customers become dissatisfied when their favourite machines are unavailable and this investment is just one of the steps we’ve taken to ensure we are capable of providing the best possible service for our customers.”

He continued: “Talarius has an excellent team of highly skilled engineers who have been hand-picked over the years for their experience and expertise, and this system will allow them to flourish further.”
