This month sees the launch of Select Gaming, an independent UK-based gaming supply company created by the merging of SE Leisure, Petron Amusements and Premier Automatics.

The combined group offers coverage from South Yorkshire to the south coast and boasts depots in Tamworth, Hoddesdon and Aylesford. Among its customers are JD Wetherspoon, Greene King, Punch Taverns and Mitchells and Butlers. Select has representation across a number of industry sectors, both independently and as part of the wider Independent Operators Association.

“This launch is the culmination of a great deal of hard work by our teams; bringing together three high profile, strong companies into a single brand has been challenging, but ultimately the customers will benefit,” said sales director Ken Mullarkey. “The launch allows us to complete our systems integration, use our people to greater effect and to centralise functions to offer greater efficiencies and customer service.”

Business development director Jonathan Powell confirmed the launch of G-Squared Games, under which the company will be launching its first Category C machine, Return of the Count.

“Alliances with some of the leading names in the industry have allowed us to produce what we believe will be a winning combination of the very best in game design, coupled with our new Phoenix platform – built by operators, for operators.”

Added Mullarkey: “These are exciting times for us at Select Gaming, with a number of developments in the pipeline, which will enhance our service and the products we are able to offer our customers.”
