ENADA may have been held at Rome's brand new exhibition centre, but that was the only real change for the show as Italy continues to wait for the Comma 6A legislation to be finalised.

For many Italian companies, exhibiting at domestic shows is a case of keeping up appearances rather than an opportunity for business deals and with three shows in one year there is a feeling from many that there are too many shows, resulting in the same products being showcased and the same people visiting.

The new exhibition centre proved to be a success with both exhibitors and visitors, with easy access to the train station and the airport.

But once again frustration and confusion was a common theme and although visitor numbers picked up by the second day, there were still little to no deals being done - a lot of talking - but no deals.
