The revolutionary Tombola Roulette, an electronic casino game, is making inroads into the international gaming market for Spanish producer R Franco.

It has now become the subject of a deal to take it to the Far East. The company launched the game at the FER trade show in Madrid in March and since then has successfully embarked upon a marketing campaign in a number of countries.

Benjamin Fernández, international sales director and director for Spanish casino operations at R Franco, is heading the sales drive in Spain’s domestic market through his own sales force, but Tombola Roulette’s move into the international sphere of operations is being assisted by Marcos Marugán at World Bingo Tech who has already introduced the game into the British market.

The game is going into casinos, arcades and bookmakers’ shops. It has a remarkable live revolving drum-type cage on the top, but features a virtual roulette table layout on which the players place their bets.

The spinning bingo-style drum delivers a random number. The game comes in two versions, with the physical drum or with a virtual drum and there is a slant-top cabinet alternative.

R Franco and World Bingo Tech have just signed a new agreement for WBT to handle the game in the Asian market with emphasis on Laos, Cambodia, Burma (Myanmar) and Philippines.
