Bally Technologies has signed a systems solutions deal with NagaWorld Casino in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The US-based company is to provide cutting-edge solutions for the casino resort, including its CMP player-tracking system and promotions solutions, iVIEW player-user-interface displays and TableView real-time automated table tracking and management solutions.

“During our thorough evaluation process, we considered a number of factors including costs, benefits, and commitment to innovation,” said Mike Ngai, NagaWorld’s managing director, casino operation and property. “In the end, Bally met all those criteria but what really led us to choose Bally systems solutions was their reputation as a major systems supplier in our region and their commitment to strong, local support.”

Cath Burns, Bally’s vice president and managing director for Asia-Pacific, said the company was “honoured” to be selected by NagaWorld.

“They are a growing, sophisticated gaming operator and the fact that they chose Bally is the highest of compliments,” she said. “We look forward to helping them enhance their player retention and rewards programmes with our trailblazing bonusing solutions and powerful casino management system.”
