Private UK leisure operator Albert Botton has acquired three amusement arcades located on the seafront in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
According to online reports, Golden Nugget, Circus Circus and Flamingo will now undergo refurbishments in a bid to bring the Marine Parade venues back into use ahead of the 2011 season.
Edward Symmons has acted on behalf of FRP Advisory, administrators of Thurston (UK), Circus Leisure and Golden Nugget (Great Yarmouth) to secure the deal.
The Golden Nugget arcade is held on a freehold, while the two other businesses have been secured on a long leasehold due to expire in 2259.
