A flotilla of casinos is poised to operate off the shores of Goa, India, to circumvent federal laws restricting land-based enterprises, reports the Indian Express.

As many as 11 ships could be operating offshore by the end of the year, the newspaper said.

Among those planning operations are RD Tuttle, the so-called ‘Casino King of Nepal’, and Premier Leisure, an Indian company that runs the Winners casino in the Goa Marriott hotel in Panajj.
