Belgian gaming supplier DR Gaming Technology has successfully integrated MEI's Cashflow SC with its own cashless online system in several properties across the country.

DRGT’s online system has been introduced at all four Partouche casinos and, in partnership with Suzo Happ, the company undertook a value-added trial of the Cashflow SC bill reader.

"We understand how important a bill reader is as the port of entry for slot machines," said Jurgen De Munck, chief executive officer of DRGT.

"Coming via Suzo Happ, we knew that the value-added trial was worth investing the time and energy in. The results even exceeded our expectations. The Cashflow SC MEI is maintenance free for us. We don’t notice it is in operation as it causes us zero problems."

Belgian law prevents bills being converted into credit so instead the banknote value is administered on the DRGT online cashless system and transferred as and when required to the machine by the player. DRGT now specifies MEI on all its slot purchases.

Erik Wijma, sales director at Suzo Happ Europe, said: "The Partouche Group in Belgium now belongs to the ever-growing list of casinos around the globe specifying the MEI Cashflow SC. We look forward to growing this collaboration with DRGT with our best-in-product range."
