Dutch gaming equipment supplier ARB is aiming to build on its years of experience by expanding in Europe and throughout the world.

The founder and owner of ARB, Ron Brouwer, said the company aims to provide the market with innovative products and excellent service.

"My own experience as an operator has taught me how important service is," Brouwer said. "Operators require winning products with a service to match. That’s the credo of ARB."

A major focus for the company remains the distribution of the electronic roulette solutions from Slovakian manufacturer Evona. Both the Octavia and Victoria brands are well established in the Dutch market, with an extensive choice of solutions, from two-player to 10-player versions.

Having grown its product portfolio in recent years, ARB now considers the distribution of slot machines, particularly in the Benelux region, to be an important part of the business. ARB provides the Dutch market with its own machine solution called Royal Slots.

"The feedback from Dutch operators regarding Royal Slots is very encouraging," Brouwer continued. "This once again has proven our management philosophy to be correct in providing the market with innovative products backed up with excellent technical service."

ARB distributes furniture from the Italian manufacturer Royal Stool and has also teamed up with Robert van Enkhuijzen of Trebor Consultancy to support its future growth.

"I have seen ARB grow throughout the years based on a fundamental approach on providing customers with the right choices and the right service," Van Enkhuijzen said. "It is this customer-focused approach that binds customers to the company. ARB is now at such a positive turning point in its company internationalisation strategy, having growing to offer new solutions to the industry."
