Marketing work on promoting the 2018 edition of the ICE Totally Gaming trade show, set for London in February (6-8), has already started.

ICE media campaign begins

Clarion Gaming, in typically unconventional fashion, has offered a competition for stakeholders to win a seven-night trip for two to the Bahamas, staying at the Paradise Island resort.

To win, stakeholders have to message their idea of paradise to the ICE Twitter account @Talking_ICE with the hashtag #myparadise and the winner will be chosen by Clarion from entries received by October 31. There will be 10 consolation prizes providing free entry for ICE VOX valued at £1,000.

Dan Stone, senior marketing manager at Clarion Gaming, said: "Clarion has a reputation for taking a slightly oblique approach to marketing the world's most famous gaming expo and we wanted to warm the industry up by offering the chance to win the trip to the beautiful climes of Paradise Island in the Bahamas.

“It is a straightforward, easy-to-enter competition and we are looking for the most compelling and exciting definition of paradise.

“Obviously, paradise will mean different things to different people and we are looking forward to receiving entries from our 150 jurisdictions represented at ICE 2017.”
