According to market analysts, Vietnam is likely to get a Hard Rock development.
The hotel resort and casino chain is shortlisted to develop a casino at Laguna Land in the north central coast.
Apparently preparation has been made, including a feasibility study and finance is in place, now just waiting for a licence to begin the building of the US$250m project.
There are already two significant hotels at Laguna Land, the 2290-room Angsana and the 57-suite Banyan Tree. There is also a golf course.
