The organisers of the Australasian Gaming Expo revealed today that registrations for the show are 20 per cent up on the same period last year, with four weeks to go to the opening of the exhibition, on August 15.

The show is scheduled for a three-day run and is the first to be held in the all-new International Convention Centre on Sydney’s Harbourside. Organiser Ross Ferrar of the Gaming Technologies Association, the organisation representing the gaming machine manufacturers in Australia and New Zealand, said that all the indications for this year suggested a record-breaking show.

InterGame will produce for the first time a show daily newspaper at AGE. The company, which founded and produces the ICE Show Daily in London, is to prepare AGE Today for each day of the Sydney show.
