The restructuring of Caesars has been approved by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission in the US.
The restructuring brings together Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Caesars Entertainment Operating Company but the move needed regulatory approval.
The two companies continue to negotiate with regulators in other jurisdictions where approvals are needed, but the two new approvals can be added to those already gained in Maryland, Mississippi, Illinois and New Jersey.
