Copag, Brazil’s biggest manufacturer of playing cards, is to market the licensed playing cards of the World Series of Poker brand.

Copag to sell WSOP cards

Copag renewed its partnership with WSOP when providing the decks of cards for the 2016 tournament. The cards will be produced with the same raw material and quality used to produce the tournament cards.

“Putting quality cards on the game tables in WSOP is one of the most important elements of the event,” said the executive director of WSOP, Ty Stewart.

From April, Copag will market the WSOP cards across Brazil and Latin America. In the other regions, parent company Cartamundi will be responsible for sales.

“Having this playing cards with a very renowned brand in our portfolio is really important to poker players,” said Mariana Dall'Acqua, Copag marketing director.
