While not ruling out any specific types of expansion, Wolf said that wherever the sector growth comes from, he will insist on seeing a financial boost for the state.

The state is currently weighing up the extension of casino-style gambling to bars, airports, off-track horse racing betting rooms and online sites operated by licensed casinos.
