Ainsworth sold his 52.2 per cent holding in the company to Novomatic in June but will remain on the board as a director.

Campbell and Ainsworth will be joined on the board by Novomatic CEO Harald Neumann next year.

At the same time, Kieran Power has moved to chief technology officer to assist AGI in accessing the online gambling business. Power was formerly vice president of advanced products at Aristocrat.
