Mixed results for Century

Century Casinos has posted a net operating revenue of US$34.5m for the three months to September 30, a three per cent increase on the same period in 2015.

Earnings from operations however were down six per cent on Q3 2015, at $3.8m, while earnings (adjusted EBITDA) were $6.3m, a seven per cent drop year on year.

The company said in a statement that operating results were hit by decreased net operating revenue at the Century venue in Edmonton due to “extensive refurbishment” in the quarter.
