All nine Belgian casinos are now running on a DR Gaming Technology system, it was announced by the Belgian company this week.

DRGT heralded this feather in its cap in its home country, with CEO of DRGT Online Belgium Jean-Michel de Busscher saying: “It is exceptional in a free-market situation for every casino in one country to come to the same conclusion – that DRGT’s system is the best.”

Domi Dewilde, CEO of both the Casinos Blankenberge and Middelkerke, said: "After a decade of operating a coin-based slot operation and a migration to TITO with a previous partner which did not live up to our expectations, we are happy to notice already a substantial boost in our revenues thanks to our partnership with DRGT.

“In addition to the system, DRGT supplied us with a great mix of 20 top performing slots; with another 60 to be installed shortly. We greatly appreciate the professional service DRGT provides both for its systems as well as for the slots”.

DRGT works with server-less technology of noted reliability. It uses no expensive servers or IT personnel and it can connect with all slots, irrespective of make and type, even reel-based machines. It means that operators can retain freedom of choice in terms of which slots they use. The software is simple to use, enabling operators to communicate directly with customers on the slot screen, giving direct marketing.

The company last year had seven of the Belgian casinos using its equipment. The investment of the remaining two in DRGT gives the company 100 per cent of the market.
