A judge has sided with Donald and Ivanka Trump, allowing them to move forward with their lawsuit that seeks to reclaim the Trump name from the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
The lawsuit was filed last year but was stalled due to Trump Entertainment Resorts filing for bankruptcy.
The Trump Taj Mahal’s fortunes have continued to suffer and the venue has been threatened with closure for months. The Trumps have contended that continuing any affiliation with the casino will damage their personal brand.
