The Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Exhibition in Sofia, Bulgaria, was Apex Gaming’s chosen platform for the launch of a new version of its Pinnacle upright cabinet featuring larger monitors.

Whereas before the Pinnacle was fitted with 22ins monitors, the cabinet now includes 24ins monitors. The new bezel-free touchscreen monitors fit where the 22ins ones used to, meaning the dimensions of the cabinet are exactly the same. The implementation of new, larger screens is intended to enhance the gaming experience.

“This is a perfect opportunity to introduce the Pinnacle 24 to the market,” said Apex CEO and founder Johannes Weissengruber. “We are even offering a kit to our customers for the Pinnacle 22 so that they can easily and effectively adapt their Apex Gaming machines to this latest technology.”

At BEGE, the company also presented its EVO platform comprising high-definition games, such as the 3D titles Mozart and Royal Fruits, as well as the slant-top cabinet Pinnacle SL.

Also on show was the table game ticket-in, ticket-out solution iDrop, unveiled at G2E Las Vegas earlier this month, and the Apex Player Station electronic roulette gaming table.

“Today we have the greatest and strongest product range that we have ever had and this is reflected from the feedback we are constantly receiving at gaming exhibitions,” Weissengruber said.
