Genting UK has selected the Playtech Neon system to manage its land-based casinos in the UK.

The system, developed in collaboration with Playtech subsidiary Intelligent Gaming, will manage customer data, cashdesk operations, table gaming, incentive programmes and compliance across the group.
Chris Dempsey, director of consulting for Intelligent Gaming, said: “Neon will provide a unique solution, connecting Genting UK’s operations to a central system with a range of HTML5 and iOS applications.
“Neon is the most flexible casino management system available and we are carrying out significant customisation to support and reinforce Genting’s processes.”
Chris Ashworth, Genting UK IT director, added: “Playtech’s Neon will enable us to centralise our systems and streamline many customer-facing business processes to improve our customer service and drive our business forward.”
Genting UK has 41 casinos in the UK, including its flagship venue Crockfords, in London’s Mayfair. The Neon system will be implemented during 2014 ready for the opening of Resorts World Birmingham in early 2015.
