G2E Asia

G2E Asia took place from May 20-22 at The Venetian in Macau, celebrating its eighth year.

The line-up of speakers at the event’s conference featured industry luminary Pansy Ho, co-chairperson and executive director of MGM China Holdings, who addressed delegates on the first day of the show.

The conference also included a dynamic panel of Macau’s C-Suite operators moderated by Bloomberg, as well as an all-new i-gaming summit, reflecting the growing importance regionally and worldwide of interactive, mobile and social gaming. During the three-day conference, industry leaders from all across the region provided updates on a variety of compelling topics including integrated resort models, slot machines and ETGs, Chinese consumer trends and how to reach specific areas through marketing.

Other high-profile speakers included Gamal Aziz, president of Wynn Macau, Edward Bowers, senior vice president of global gaming development at MGM Resorts International, Grant Bowie, chief executive officer of MGM Resorts China, Grant Chum, senior vice president of global gaming strategy at Sands Corporation, Mike Mecca, president and CEO of Galaxy Entertainment Group, Jorge Sarmiento, president and COO of PAGCOR, Kelvin Tan, chief of international marketing and executive vice president at Melco Crown Entertainment, and Will Shen, vice president of Asia development at Caesars Entertainment.
